Refund policy

Due to the custom nature of our personalized products, we do not offer refunds. Once your order is placed, it goes directly to production, where your item(s) are custom printed and made just for you. However, if there is an error on our part, it will be corrected, free of charge. Refunds will not be given for any incorrect information provided by the customer (Name, punctuation, birth stat information, etc.)
