Shipping policy
We currently only ship within Canada and the U.S.A.
For shipping to the U.S.A., any duties and/or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not controlled by Tiny Bear Designs and are collected by your country of residence.
Please ensure the shipping information you provide at checkout is correct. We ship to the exact address provided by you and we are not responsible for a second shipping charge if your package is returned to us, due to an incorrect address or for any lost packages due to an incorrect address.
Any shipping overages are refunded to your original method of payment.
If your item arrives damaged by the shipping carrier, please contact us as soon as possible and please provide several photos of the damage. Photos are required to proceed with a claim. If photos cannot be provided, a claim can not and will not be made.
Shipping costs are determined by the weight, size and location destination for your package. Tracking is automatically sent to the email address provided at checkout, but please contact us if you did not receive it. Shipping can be calculated upon carting your item(s) and entering a shipping address.
