WHAT IS YOUR PROCESS?
All of the products at Tiny Bear Designs are designed in house. Those designs are then sent out to a professional textile printing company, which will print our designs on a variety of different textiles. Once we receive our shipment, all items are carefully created in our small sewing shop at home, paying close attention to all the little details that matter. Colours may appear slightly lighter or darker, depending on the material your design is printed on.

We are located in Barrie, Ontario, Canada.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All item are made to order. Due to the custom nature of each of our products, our turnaround time is approximately 4 weeks. Shipping times are not included in our turnaround time.
CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER FASTER?
Yes! You are able to put a RUSH on your order for $20.00 per item. This will ensure your order is ready to ship within 2 weeks from the time you approve your design proof. Please keep in mind, if choosing this option, shipping times are NOT included in the 2 weeks. Also, the appropriate shipping costs are an additional fee.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We are currently shipping to Canada and the United States. Please contact us if you reside outside of the above countries, BEFORE placing an order, to discuss shipping options.
DO YOU OFFER PICKUP OPTIONS FOR LOCAL CUSTOMERS?
Yes! You will be contacted once your order is ready, to discuss a pickup time.
ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:
For out of country shipping, any duties and/or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not controlled by Tiny Bear Designs and are collected by your country of residence. Please ensure the shipping information you provide during checkout is correct. We ship to the address provided by you and we are not responsible for a second shipping charge if your package is returned to us, due to an incorrect address, or for any lost packages due to an incorrect address.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT IS PLACED?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we will not be able to accommodate any changes or refunds after payment is made. However, if there is an error on our part, it will be corrected promptly, free of charge. Please ensure all names are correct (Capitals, punctuation, etc.), as we use exactly what you provide for your design. Refunds will not be given for any incorrect information (Address or grammatical errors).
AM I ABLE TO SEE MY DESIGN BEFORE IT GOES TO PRINT?
Yes! Once payment has been received, you will receive a design proof via the email address you provided during checkout. Each proof will be sent out within approximately 72 hours. Once you approve your design, that is when your turnaround time begins.

DO YOU HAVE A BLANKET SIZE GUIDE?
Yes! Though we carry several sizes of minky blankets, the size you choose depends on what you will be primarily using it for. Walk in the stroller? Cold day in the car? Snuggles at home? Blanket for a crib or bed? We have an option for all of your needs.
